• Walking: Walking is a great form of exercise. If 2 miles are covered in a day, then it is very good, or walking on a pedometer will also help.
Eating tip- Eating an oat based cereal for breakfast, before walking will give slow burning energy.
• Running or Jogging: Running or jogging requires training also, because it may harm oneself if there is a sudden change from a no exercise regime to strenuous exercise.
Eating tip- Drinking water both before or after exercising, and also for every 15 minutes of exercise.
• Cycling: Another pleasurable form of exercise is cycling provided there is less traffic
Eating tip- Having a meal of pasta or rice at least one hour before cycling. Food should be low in fat and have less sugar.
